No extra charge for guests, but 10 Max. Please let us know if you need linens for the sleeper sofas. We can accommodate up to 10 guests. Please do not bring more than 10 guests.

We want to be respectful of our neighbors. Please no big loud raging parties. We understand that guests come to Madison to have a good time and we certainly want that for you as well. Just be respectful to guests next door and neighbors.

Please feel free to smoke outside on the deck or patio. Be sure to contain your butts and safely dispose of them in the large outdoor garbage cans before you leave. If you want an ashtray for convenience we can supply one, just let us know.
